Children's services plans

Children's services plans are part of the Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 2014. The legislation states that community organisations that represent the interests of children and young people should be consulted as part of the preparation of Children’s Services Plans.

Children’s Services Plans are normally produced by health and social care partnerships. These plans must set out how children’s services will support children’s wellbeing over a three-year period.

Voluntary and community organisations that represent the interests of children and young people should be consulted as part of the preparation of this plan.
