National Performance Framework

Some third sector organisations have used the National Performance Framework (NPF) in their work, and it could be useful for measuring your own progress, evidencing your imact and in funding applications.
They existed long before the Community Empowerment Act, but part 1 of the Act requires Scottish Ministers to consult the people of Scotland on the National Outcomes and report on how it is meeting them.
