The service aims to improve access by enabling people to have appointments from home. This provides effective safe care and reduces the spread of coronavirus. During the Covid-19 pandemic, use went from 300 appointments per week to over 20,000. With over one million appointments delivered, it has saved an estimated 28 million patient miles.
