Challenge ourselves to increase the positive impact we make on our local community.
We will do the following things that we don’t do at the moment to improve our social impact.

Proactively support the use of volunteering days by our staff, totalling 50 working days for local community or charity projects in the areas in which they live or work

Annually, we will support and encourage staff to organise and attend charity events, raising money for different causes throughout the year. As an organisation, we will support these efforts by raising the profile of fundraising opportunities at all staff events

3rd Commitment
We will strengthen ties with other public sector bodies and networks to raise our own awareness/understanding of socio-economic issues, including by inviting relevant speakers to attend some of our weekly all staff meetings.
